After Bayern Munich's four stars and Borussia Mönchengladbach's one, Borussia Dortmund has now earned its second star for being the most successful team in the club's history. This is because they have won eight German championships and four cups. From this point forward, a star may be displayed as a title symbol on the jersey directly adjacent to the club logo.
Two Stars for Two Championships
The two stars on the BVB jersey represent the two championships that BVB has won. These are significant milestones in the club's history and are a testament to the team's hard work and dedication.
Borussia Dortmund II, the club's reserve team, currently plays in the 3 Liga at Stadion Rote Erde. Until 2005, the team was known as Borussia Dortmund Amateure.
